On 3 October 2026, Dokkho AI, a UK-based Bangladeshi AI education company and sister concern of ExamBinary, delivered a three-hour online corporate AI training programme for the senior management team of Midas Tyres, an Indian tyre company. Titled 'The AI-Augmented Leader Lab', the live session ran on Dokkho AI's own learning platform and worked through real business scenarios from across the company: finance, accounting, HR, marketing, sales, operations, branding and communication. For each department, leaders saw what AI can do and how it can fit into the workflows they already run.

Dokkho AI is pleased to have equipped Midas Tyres' senior management with a practical foundation in AI and the skills to apply it. Delivered online across borders, the programme is a milestone in Dokkho AI's corporate training work, and it sums up the idea behind the Leader Lab: building AI-ready leadership, together.

About Dokkho AI: Teaching Professionals to Think with AI

Founded by Md Rakib Saleh, Dokkho AI is a UK-based Bangladeshi AI company and a sister concern of ExamBinary. Its focus is AI education, with an emphasis on teaching people how to think with AI rather than simply how to use individual tools.

Learners work out which problems and use cases suit AI, how to use it effectively while still applying their own judgement, and how to assess and verify AI-generated answers. The training also covers AI security, confidentiality and responsible use, the information and activities that should never be entrusted to AI, and how to build AI into practical operational workflows.

Dokkho AI's broader ambition is to bring AI learning together under one umbrella: a platform where people across professions and experience levels can learn to work effectively with AI through a structured, UK-style teaching approach. Its corporate AI training connects that learning to the actual responsibilities, challenges and workflows of business teams.

Inside the Leader Lab: Practical AI Training with Clear Outcomes

The Leader Lab was a live, hands-on online session built around Midas Tyres' own business. Over three hours, participants moved from the fundamentals of generative AI and AI agents to live use cases for each department, then to the safeguards that make AI dependable at work: verifying AI output, protecting confidential information and using AI responsibly.

The output was a shared, practical view of AI adoption across the company. Leaders left with a clearer sense of which areas of the business suit AI and which workflows it can support, and with two departments, HR and marketing, identified as the first places to put it to work.

Tushaar Kalra, Director of Midas Tyres, said: "The session was great. Definitely new stuff that we learnt about AI: which areas we could use it in, what workflows that it can be implemented for. Definitely will be starting its implementation soon in HR and marketing departments."

For Dokkho AI, the Midas Tyres programme points to a wider challenge facing businesses in Bangladesh, India and beyond. Employees are already using AI at work, often before their organisations have agreed how it should be used or who checks the results.

Md Rakib Saleh, Founder of Dokkho AI, said: "Most companies don't have an AI problem. They have an AI habit problem. People are already using these tools, with no shared rules and no one checking the answers. At Dokkho AI, we don't teach people to press buttons. We teach them to think, verify and take responsibility, so AI makes them sharper, not careless. Tools will change every month. Good judgement won't."

As more companies move from experimenting with AI to building it into daily operations, Dokkho AI keeps its attention on the people using the technology, helping leaders and their teams use AI with sound judgement and stay accountable for what it produces.
